We stayed for 2 nights, after unpacking we realized the heating wasn't working. We went to reception and was told they would refresh it and to wait 30 minutes.
It still wasn't working, so they found us another room, that one was freezing as it was a corner, and heating wasn't working either.
They found us another room which was warmer, the heating was better but not great.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are staying with your family. Family room are not really family size rooms and head office is covering themselves its all visible on the website however it isn't as i wouldn't never booked it. Head office is totally useless however hotel staff is very polite and dealt with issue in the best way possible its just the hotel itself it not suitable for families!

Had a bad experience with payment , receptionist done a mistake on the breakfast payment we request one morning and he added 2 when we pointed out the mistake they didn’t respond properly and we had to go behind few people to initiate the refund for our money .

When we went there was a limited menu this may have been because it was near Christmas the bathroom sink how to problem with the plug that it would not letters empty the water put overall it was a good place to visit

This one is fine as far as the room is concerned, the people in the room above started what sounded like demolition work at 5am although that of course is not the hotel's fault. All the breakfast options shouted budget ingredients, although again we were told there was a particular supplier problem. Staff great as usual.

I thought it was pretty BAD 👎 because as soon as we walked in the door made a very annoying noise and then the service was very nice the room was not good there was stains on are bed sorry premier 😐 inn.

Stayed here before which was excellent, however this time the guy on the reception wasnt particularly friendly/ welcoming, corridor outside our room had a dreadful smell of stagnant/damp water, only one set of towels in the room and the bed base sheet was totally off kilt. However staff in morning were very friendly and attentive breakfast was great, nicely cooked and hot.

Fun little mid week night. Hotel is pretty nice and is in a good location and staff are also very friendly which is always nice to see. But I must admit I wouldn’t stay here with the family, especially with kids as this hotel does get rowdy all week long. But at the same time if you are booking for that reason then it’s a good hotel for it you won’t be the only one and you can get loud which is always a bonus.

We stayed two nights to visit family nearby, car park was £6 per 24 hours. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. Highly recommended.

Came to stay here with my mum as it's my Auntie and Uncles 60th wedding anniversary.
I'm disabled with a wheelchair and I think it's absolutely brilliant. I realised before we came I only book 1 room with 2 adults in the accessible room, I phoned and they said they'd happily separate the beds for us. Which is lovely.
Without doubt the best Premier Inn we've stayed in..rooms are spaces and clean. Also they're absolutely beautiful..only note is that it'll be nicer to have a lower Vanity Mirror, was a bit tricky getting ready. Absolutely love the lowered bath was so easy to get in and out and perfect for a relax.
The staff are absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. Easy to manoeuvre for wheelchair users throughout.
Definitely will be staying here again when back visiting the family. Thank you so much!

We spent 3 nights hear bed & breakfast it was beautiful and the staff were all lovely from the start to the finish would recommend this hotel.
The carpark is clean and tidy with 24hr CTV coverage at £6 per day but well worth it.
The hotel is very clean through out the only little gripe we had you could not open a window and the room was boiling had to get a fan from reception because we both felt over heated we were in room 330 the reception manager went out of her way 100% to make our room cooler she also said our air conditioning was turned off so she sorted that out as well.
Well worth a visit breakfast plenty of choice and unlimited will be returning thanks everyone.

Like many premier inns, this one has all of the standard good quality. However my bathroom sink was blocked and the staff all seemed downbeat. There is a reasonably priced car park next to the hotel, and so that's a positive.

All we have come to expect from Premier Inn: clean ròms, comfy bed, excellent breakfast - and very good value given the proximity to London.
